Instrument Repair Network (IRN) is a family-owned business, providing quality surgical instrument sharpening and repair as well as information on best practices which can aid in extending the useful life of the medical instruments and equipment owned by the many clinics, hospitals and medical facilities throughout IRN’s client base.
Based in Orange County, California, IRN’s doors opened in 2001. We’re proud to say we’ve built strong relationships throughout Southern, Central, and Northern California with clients in Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernadino, San Diego, Ventura, and San Francisco counties. IRN’s clients also include a growing number of healthcare providers nationwide.

IRN refurbishes, repairs, and sharpens surgical/medical instruments and equipment. We service all types of general, specialty and endoscopic instruments. IRN provides On-Site sharpening and repair services throughout the Southern California area. IRN also welcomes clients to ship instruments in to be sharpened and repaired utilizing the IRN Mail-In program. IRN also performs equipment Safety Check and Calibration services.
