Please read and follow the instructions below to ENSURE that your order is prioritized to receive prompt service. 

1. STERILIZE INSTRUMENTS 
2. Wrap Instruments in Protective Material (e.g. Bubble Wrap)
3. Place Instruments in a Sturdy Box
4. Provide an itemized list of instruments to be serviced, including quantities
5. Include in the Box, Point of Contact Information and Return Address
6. Ship using FedEx RECOMMENDED

SEND AN EMAIL TO irn@irn4u.com NOTIFYING IRN THAT YOUR SHIPMENT IS ON 

THE WAY AND INCLUDE THE FEDEX TRACKING NUMBER. 

IMPORTANT: PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR FEDEX TRACKING NUMBER IN YOUR EMAIL IN ORDER FOR IRN TO TRACK AND PRIORITIZED YOUR ORDER TO RECEIVE PROMPT SERVICE.

1. Call IRN at 562-229-9778 to schedule an appointment to drop-off the instruments at the IRN facility located at:6920 KNOTT AVE., SUITE E, Buena Park, CA 90621.
    
2. Drop-off instruments at the agreed upon appointment time. Call IRN if you need to adjust your drop-off time or to reschedule your appointment.
    
3. Instruments can be picked-up later the same day depending on quantity.
